The management and technical experts of the company continuously follow the development of the branch and adopt experience of the leading European ports, allowing to fully use technical facilities possessed by the company and to introduce the latest cargo transshipment technologies.

Thus, LSEZ JSC „Liepajas osta LM” owns modern equipment, permitting transshipment of cargo with the maximum efficiency:

  • Portal cranes (up to 40 t)
  • Mobile cranes (up to 63 t)
  • Loaders (up to 16 t)
  • Other terminal machinery (up to 25 t)
  • Specialized auxiliary equipment providing for handling all types of general and dry bulk cargoes

To provide the maximum quality of service and cargo safety the company cooperates with independent cargo surveyors. Payment for such services is included in the stevedoring service rate.
