  • General cargo handling terminal

    General cargo handling terminal is the first terminal of the company. Originally it was built for handling of metal cargoes. Terminal is equipped with open cargo storage areas, covered warehouse, modern cargo transshipment facilities – portal cranes, mobile cranes, loaders, tractors e.t.c. Terminal is suitable for handling of almost all types of general cargoes: metal production, timber, outsized cargoes and packed cargoes. Cargo handling capacity of the terminal: 1.0 mill. tons  per annum.

  • Bulk cargo handling terminal

    Construction project of bulk cargo handling terminal is the first successfully implemented cooperation project of the company. By cooperation of the Swiss “Bunge”, Danish „Dan Store” and LSEZ JSC „Liepajas osta LM” a modern specialized bulk cargo (grain, feed) handling terminal was built in the port of Liepaja. Terminal was commissioned in 2005. Cargo handling capacity: 500 000 tons per annum. According to the cooperation conditions LSEZ JSC „Liepajas osta LM” provides stevedoring services.

  • Terminal for metal products

    Currently handling of metal products has been organized at the general cargo terminal of the company (quays No. 44., 45.). There are activities implemented with other cargo groups besides the storage and transshipment of metal cargoes.

  • Cement terminal

    Project of cement handling terminal was implemented in cooperation with the large-scale producer of cement „CEMEX”. Construction of terminal was a necessary precondition for export of products made at the production unit of „CEMEX” in Latvia and for import of products made at other production units to the markets of the Baltic states. Terminal was commissioned in 2009. According to the cooperation conditions LSEZ JSC „Liepajas osta LM” provides the stevedoring services.

  • Terminal for handling ferroalloys

    Construction of the terminal for handling ferroalloys was implemented as a joint project with the cargo owners by attracting partial co-financing from the company of cargo owners. Terminal was commissioned in 2009. Cargo carrying capacity of terminal: 100 000 tons per annum. According to the cooperation conditions LSEZ JSC „Liepajas osta LM” provides the stevedoring services.
